On September 11, TRF Limited successfully organized the first edition of its biannual blood donation camp, Navjeevan, led by the TRF Ladies Association (TRFLA) in collaboration with Jamshedpur Blood Centre and the Voluntary Blood Donors’ Association (VBDA). A total of 222 units of blood were collected, contributing significantly to meeting the needs of patients in Jamshedpur. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Umesh Kumar Singh (Managing Director), Mr. Anand Chand (CFO), Mr. Abhijeet Singh (CHRO), Mr. Rakeshwar Pandey (President, TRF Labour Union), Mr. Anjani Kumar (General Secretary, TRF Labour Union), and Ms. Shweta Gupta (TRFLA). The initiative reflected the spirit of volunteerism and community care among employees, supported by active participation from senior leaders, union representatives, and TRFLA members.

Tata Teleservices employees participated in She Run 2025 — a breast cancer awareness marathon organized by PCC Cancer Care & Research Center. The event also saw participation from DAV School students and teachers. Doctors and the school principal highlighted the importance of regular health checkups and early detection for better recovery outcomes. Volunteers joined in the 10 km, 5 km, and 1 km runs, uniting under the theme Run for Her, Run for Hope to spread awareness and support women’s health.

The session aimed to train the NGO’s in-house bakers in creating new-age products such as centre-filled chocolates and cookies. Beyond sharing technical baking skills like chocolate tempering and recipe precision, the workshop fostered creativity, engagement, and joy among participants. Breast cancer remains a leading cause of cancer-related deaths in urban India, primarily due to delayed diagnosis. To address this, 30 women employees from Tata Motors received specialized training on self-breast examination and early warning signs, enabling them to become peer educators. These trained volunteers have since reached over 1,500 women through outreach and engagement activities. The initiative reflects Tata Motors’ commitment to empowering women through knowledge and proactive healthcare practices.
