The volunteers celebrated Teachers Day at Vani Vidya Mandir School, Gamharia by recognizing the exemplary efforts of teachers of the Primary Learning Centers (PLCs) and Pre-Matric Remedial Centres (PMCs). They also conducted another session for students on physical and mental wellbeing through yoga.

TSLP volunteers along with parents inaugurated the computer lab at Vani Vidya Mandir School, set up by TSLP with eight computers for the students. They also conducted a demo session on the basics of computer literacy.

TSLP celebrated the 'International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies' with school children from local communities. The volunteers spoke about evolving technologies for environmental conservation and conducted an interactive quiz. The highlight of the program was a captivating 'Nukkad Natak' performed by the students on importance of clean air to build a bright future.

TSLP CSR and environment team volunteers organized an awareness programme on ecology, environment and conservation for school students of Bileipada High School. Post the session, volunteers conducted a quiz and facilitated the winners with prizes.

A plantation drive was organized at Chamakpur High School by TSLP volunteers with the purpose to educate students on ways to save the environment and do their part towards combatting climate change.

The volunteers visited the Ranubhai Nagubhai Barne Madhyamik School and spoke to students about Teachers Day, the Tata group, career counselling and mentoring. They also conducted games to improve the student’s their cognitive skills, took a session on auto innovations and electric vehicles (TTL’s core area). Additionally, they provided science workbooks for the school.

A group of volunteers participated in a seed ball making activity, conducted by an expert who taught the volunteers to make seed balls the correct way. Once dried, the seed balls will be planted in the kitchen garden area.
