Volunteering is an integral part of the lives of Voltas's employees. The company has been engaged in several volunteering initiatives such as organising interactive sessions with children, spending quality time with the mentally challenged and conducting a health camp for women

Palak Thaker: I feel so proud to be part of such a wonderful cause. From that visit I found a new phase of my routine life which was a wonderful experience, which can't be described in words. I want to be part of Utthan again and again. Thank you for the opportunity and experience and I shall look forward to many more similar initiatives.
