The senior leadership team has also demonstrated its commitment to employee volunteering by actively being part of the Tata Volunteering Week and encouraging employees to volunteer

Aditya Kumar Gautam: Today my friends and I went to a girls' orphanage at Rudrapur. It felt good after we visited the centre. We have all decided to spend more time with them on a regular basis with them in future. I would like to thank Tata Motors for organising this event, which encourages social activities. I feel very proud to be working for the Tata group. It was a really good initiative.
