Tata Volunteering Week 11

'Let’s go!'

The eleventh edition of Tata Volunteering Week (TVW11) launched on 3rd March 2019, successfully concluded on 4th April, 2019. TVW11 offered a range of company-organized volunteering opportunities and witnessed the participation of senior leaders, colleagues, family members and retirees from across the globe who came together to join in the ‘Let’s Go’ campaign.

Over 2,800 volunteering activities were conducted by 47 Tata companies across 180+ locations in 11 countries, to support 500+ partners (non-profits, orphanages, local self-governments, schools, hospitals, villages and communities). Volunteers contributed their time, effort and expertise to causes ranging from planting mangrove seedlings on tidal mudflats, creating air cooling units out of recycled plastic bottles for schools to organising female voter awareness sessions in remote access villages.
