ProEngage15 hits a new record!

ProEngage 15, the skill-based volunteering programme under Tata Engage, offered a range of projects for Tata employees and their families starting 5th December, 2021. The 15^th edition presented over 450 projects across the globe in collaboration with 120+ non-profit partners. The theme for ProEngage 15 was ‘VolunSTEER to Drive the Change’ and our volunteers left no stone unturned in making this into a reality. By the time applications closed on 7^th January 2022, we received over 1400 applications from Tata employees, their family members and retired Tata colleagues. The volunteers were introduced to their NGO partners on the 20^th of January who then underwent an e-module orientation to prep-up for their ProEngage journey.

The projects commenced on the 30^th of January 2022. The volunteers will engage with the NGOs to work with them on a part-time basis on Saturdays and holidays and help them accelerate growth by executing the project deliverables. The ProEngage projects are planned for a time period of 1-6 months and allows a hybrid model, accommodating both virtual and onsite projects.
