A group of volunteers participated a ‘Beat the heat’ activity where they distributing buttermilk, juices, lassi, etc., to bus, cab, and auto drivers at the local bus stand and petrol pump.

To mark World Recycling Day, volunteers from Rallis India, Ankleshwar unit, organized a paper bag making activity at Sarangpur Primary School, Ankleshwar. They used newspapers to create over 500 paper bags, which were distributed to the government pharma shops for use.

To mark World Sparrow Day, volunteers from Rallis India, SEZ Dahej, organized a picture colouring activity for students of grades 1 to 4 at the Luwara Primary School. Over 100 students participated in the programme, and the top six drawings were awarded prizes.

To mark World Water Day, volunteers from Rallis India organized a rangoli making competition on the theme ‘Save Water’ at Primary School, Godada. Over 30 students from standard 6 to 8 participated in the programme, showcasing various rangoli designs on the given topic. The best creation was honored with a prize.

A group of 60 volunteers in collaboration with NGO NASEOH (National Society for the Equal Opportunities for the Handicapped), Mumbai, came together to interact with 130 Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), gaining a first-hand understanding of the work being done by the NGO. They volunteers interacted with the leadership team of the NGO and took a tour of the campus facility. Additionally, they conducted a fun Zumba dance session and distributed evening snacks to the beneficiaries.

Volunteers from Tata Chemicals organised drawing competitions on the theme of World Water Day, for students of seven schools participating. A group of volunteers organised a two-day ‘Save Our Sparrows’ program in Mithapur. Volunteers along with their family members crafted sparrow nest boxes from used clay pots on the first day. To mark World Sparrow Day, they distributed these boxes door-to-door in the housing colonies, educating residents on the importance of saving sparrows and providing guidance on fixing the nest boxes in protected corners on balconies.

TCL employees from Ranavav and Mithapur sites organized a recognition function at Ranabordi for ‘My Green Hour’ tree plantation drive. This drive aimed to promote environment sustainability in villages around TCL's mines near Porbandar. Community members who participated in the tree plantation drive were recognized at the function. The event was organised in collaboration with Gujarat Forest Department and the Presidents of Gram Panchayats.

Tata Elxsi volunteers hosted 42 students from St. Thomas Institute for Science and Technology at their Trivandrum office for an industry immersion and mock interview session. The students learned about Tata Elxsi and its CSR initiatives, participated in mock interviews with senior engineers, and toured the labs at the Neyyar building to gain insights of industry work.

Tata Elxsi volunteers collaborated with AWH Engineering College to organise Industry Immersion Day. 35 students visited Tata Elxsi’s Calicut office. The half-day event included briefings on the corporate world, Tata Group, Tata Elxsi, career initiation, and addressing student queries. It was followed by one-on-one interview sessions where students received feedback and areas of improvement. Additionally, they had the opportunity to visit Tata Elxsi's OTT lab.

Volunteers came together to paint the walls of a tailoring center for women in Muktichak, Kharagpur, supported by Metaliks Division that train women in stitching, embroidery, and fabric painting. Volunteers identified designs and painted the walls to depict the various work women are engaged in, making the center lively. Family members also joined the event and interacted with the women providing ideas on product diversification and designs.

Volunteers participated in making beds for mushroom cultivation with rural women under the Livelihood Project in Maheshpur, Kharagpur. Each bed takes about 2-3 days to make, and the seeds start bearing mushrooms in about 20-25 days. The volunteers assisted in reducing the workload by helping the women prepare the beds for mushroom cultivation. The activity assisted in enabling women to generate extra income through the sale of mushrooms.

The volunteers conducted a session at the Skill Development Centre in Midnapore, covering topics such as interview preparation, market research, grooming tips, and customer service. The session, led by volunteers from the HR department, provided valuable insights related to interview techniques, job preparation, and customer satisfaction. Over 50 learners participated, engaging in interactive discussions and receiving answers to their questions with easy-to-understand examples. Additionally, employees from Tata Strive attended and facilitated the session, enhancing the learning experience for all attendees.

TTL organized a blood donation drive in Pune in collaboration with a Government blood bank for the first time. Volunteers in large numbers participated and donated blood. This initiative marked TTL's highest recorded number of blood units donated.
