Volunteers from Rallis India participated in a safety walk from the Rallis Factory to Lote Parshuram Industries Association, MIDC Lote. Through this activity they promoted the culture of safety amongst the industry workers and sensitized everyone about the importance of industrial, road and home safety.

Volunteers from Rallis India organised a Word Power Championship Test for children from the nearby schools in MIDC Lote. The activity aimed to Improve English vocabulary and skills. This championship will help the students to write correct spelling, know the right pronunciation, make a sentence without a grammar mistake.

Volunteers from Tata Chemicals Mithapur celebrated Founders Day where they organised a series of fun sports activities, bringing together students and volunteers. The activity was organised for Okhamadanal residential school children, both boys and girls. The students learned to embrace the spirit of sportsmanship and learn from healthy competitions.

Volunteers came together to support during the Okhamandal Khel Mahostav 2024 for the rural community. The event aimed to promote rural sports. 16 people with physically disabilities and 377 youth including men and women participated in various athletic games from over 36 villages.

TCL volunteers conducted ECO Fair competition rounds at schools in and around Mithapur. Employees and family members visited school for mentoring students on climate change awareness and preparation of exhibits for the ECO Fair. Participating students presented their understanding of climate change and how to mitigate its impact through individual efforts by adopting an environment friendly lifestyle. 19 schools participated in the ECO Fair.

75 volunteers participated in a blood donation drive conducted at TPNODL, Balasore, Odisha, in association with District Blood Bank, Balasore. The activity collected a total of 59 units of blood.

A team of 60 volunteers participated in the reflective collar distribution activity for stray dogs at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, where they tied 100 reflective collars on stray dogs and fed them across various areas like Sakchi, Sidhghoda, Kadma, Sonari, and Golmuri.

A team of 60 volunteers participated in the engagement activity at Jagruti Children and Women Care at Kalinganagar. Children were engaged in fun activities organised by the volunteers.

A team of 40 women volunteers participated in the Women’s Day Celebration with children of Masti ki Pathshala at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Volunteers conducted some engagement activities like singing and dance. They also inspired the children through real-life stories.

An awareness session on road safety was organised for students of Tata Steel Technical Institute (TSTI) at Burmamines, Jamshedpur. Traffic signs and symbols, traffic rules and road safety norms were discussed through an interactive session.

Volunteers from Tata Teleservices raised awareness about healthcare and physiotherapy among the elderly to improve their mobility and health. In collaboration with Joy Foundation Society, Hitech City, a special session was organized to empower and educate our senior citizens. Additionally, they distributed essential groceries as gifts. Mr K G Ranganathan - Retired Senior Vice President also participated in the event.

Employees from Voltas’s Waghodia plant participated in volunteering activities organised at the ‘Vir Vitthal – Kumar Chhatralaya’ in Vadodara. 79 volunteers cleaned the premises, including floors, windows, doors, ceilings, cobwebs, fans, frames, compound, landscaping, and terrace. Additionally, the team's electricians rectified several electrical issues. The volunteers also organized cricket and volleyball games for the children, painted the building and planted vegetables. This Chhatralaya provides boarding facilities for tribal students from remote villages who come to Waghodia for education.
