Volunteers came together to conduct a cleanliness drive at a beach in the neighbourhood.
This beach is frequented by tourists. The volunteers collected the garbage and disposed
it off appropriately.

10 Volunteers from Ginger Hotel Pantnagar visited Dr. Susheela Tiwari Government
Hospital, wherein the team was explained the importance of blood donation. The camp
witnessed inflow of over 10 enthusiastic volunteers. Due to varied health precautions
only 07 volunteers were found eligible to donate blood. The two & half hours long
activity was a demonstration of complete dedication to save lives.

of Prayaas, a school for differentially abled. The team engaged in some activities
and had taken some snacks which was loved by the kids making their day bright and

wooden trays, photo frame and candle stand focusing into business opportunities
in future.

Volunteers visited Bhingar school with various fun games. Students were very excited
to play games like by watching the picture, make the spelling of that picture with
the help of plastic cubes, various additions, subtractions through picture cards,
arranging the puzzles. Volunteers enjoyed the event with the students.

Volunteers visited Kirmire village & met the tribal villagers. Volunteers explained
the villagers importance of money saving which is useful in long run for their family
members and also distributed piggy banks. Volunteers also explained how to use solar
lights and distributed solar lights to them which are useful for them in the night
as there is no electricity in the village.

types of science toys explaining basic concepts of science focusing on developing
interest towards science subject which the students feel difficult.

art work on wooden items like varli painting on cloth, madhubani art on cloth, various
types of flowers. Volunteers enjoyed the event working with tribal women group.

Visit to an old age home

Volunteers visited Snehashray, an old age home in Nere village near Panvel. Volunteers
interacted with the senior citizens about their daily routine, their likings, hobbies.
They were very happy to share their feelings with the volunteers. Volunteers enjoyed
tea with them and assured to visit again on their request.

Science quiz competition

Rallis Akola volunteers organised a “Science Quiz Competition” for the students
of 8th class in Sugandhchand Tapadiya High school Shivar Dist. Akola. Question paper
carried 20 questions (objective type) based mostly on syllabus along with general
awareness about health, diseases, chemicals, solar systems etc.
