| On the occasion of ongoing volunteering week Coastal Gujarat Power Limited ( Tata Power) organized a “Voluntary Blood Donation Camp” on 7th March,2016. The camp was inaugurated by ED and CEO (CGPL- Tata Power). A total of 94 volunteers donated their blood. To organize the camp, the support was also extended by Bhuj based Medical College (G K General Medical College and Hospital). The camp was very successful and the volunteers have shown their greater aspiration for the support to the Mankind. |

| As the initiative says ‘SAB PADHE SAB BADHE’, the volunteers went to a nearby slum to read to the children. A team of 6 members went & read them books & even distributed them coloring book, crayons, pencil, pen, sharpener, rubber & scale. |
|
| It was a great interaction but also an eye opening session for the volunteers. The volunteers realized the importance of education and livelihood options. The children enjoyed the session. |

| A clean environment is a happy environment. At the Ginger we believe to keep the place clean no matter what. Also, our objective is to promote the Government's Swachh Bharat initiative. Our team initiated a cleaning drive as part of the Tata Volunteering Week on 7th March 2016. A true leader in thought, words and action, Hotel Manager took a small group of people with him to clean area surrounding the hotel. The participation was simply astonishing. The two hours long activity was a demonstration of complete dedication to serve for good environment. |

| Our team participated in Tata Volunteering week 5 activity at the Rustumji P. Patel Cheshire Home. The staff briefed all the occupants about self-Hygiene & Health. A training class on Hygiene and cleanliness was conducted for all the occupants. The trust of Rustumji P. Patel Cheshire Home Foundation thanked Ginger Hotel team for visiting and sharing knowledge. We also distributed cleaning kit among the occupants. |

| Ginger hotel Pondicherry team undertook a cleanliness drive to contribute towards One Million volunteering hours per year. A special cleanliness drive was carried out on 07th March 2016 to reverberate to mission of the campaigning. The associates took a pledge to clean one of the famous tourist spot in Pondicherry – Serenity Beach. Associates were given handy tips to keep their surroundings clean. |

| During the morning meeting, a play on ‘Clean India’ was also enacted to highlight the importance of hygiene and cleanliness. |
|
| Hotel Manager, Finance Manager, Sales Executive along with the associates were actively involved in the cleanliness drive. They enthusiastically took up brooms and garbage bags to clean up the dirty area of the beach. The whole drive was quite inspiring and motivating for the team. |

| A skill is a learned ability to carry out a task and skill building is the combination of knowledge and ability. On 3rd March 2016 at hotel Management College, Chef Rahul from Umaid Bhawan Palace (Pastry Chef) had taken session on how to make pastries and breads. Students were highly interested to learn. Chef Rahul has given demonstration along with theory knowledge to the students. He has also shown video and presentation to them as well as gave them a chance to do by own self. At the end of session students were happy. Chef Rahul was also happy to see interest and a successful session. |

Visit to an old age home |

| Employee Volunteers from Foundry Division went to Antyodaya Bhavan, the Old Age Home where old and destitute patients cured of leprosy are sheltered and taken care of by Tata Motors. These people have been ostracized by their families and communities because of the stigma attached with leprosy and have lost touch with their near and dear ones. Morose and melancholic, they feel happy when someone visits them. The volunteers empathized with the residents and enthusiastically booked dates for sponsoring their meals.

| On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2016, Tata Technologies HR & CSR team took pride to invite women entrepreneurs in order to showcase their talent through their art & crafts and handmade articles at our Corporate Office. Team invited all Pune location employees to visit their exhibition & stalls to encourage these ardent and self –independent women and support them by purchasing their handmade articles. Four housewives were invited and presented their handmade articles and employees raised direct funds. |

Not only TATA Housing employees, even the contractor staff showed a great enthusiasm for Blood donation. There were a total of 35 Donors. |
