  Mentorship Talk Tata Chemicals (Magadi)   
 
200 volunteers from Tata Chemicals celebrated International Women’s Day with the Oldonyonyokie Girls’ Secondary School where employees from different departments participated in the event. The volunteers educated the girls regarding career guidance talks, reproductive health and clinical communication about HIV and AIDS.
 
  Awareness session with young boys Tata Chemicals (Magadi)   
Volunteers conducted and played a football match with young boys and provided one-to-one career mentoring on career guidance. They also sensitized them on cconsequences of youth substance abuse, issues related to addiction, including academic difficulties, health-related problems (including mental health), poor peer relationships, and involvement with the juvenile justice system. They also played a football match with the boys.
 
  Environment awareness session Tata Chemicals (Magadi)   
 
Tata Chemicals volunteers organized a volley ball match for community members and Magadi secondary school. They also conducted a talk focusing on effects of climate change in Magadi which has contributed a long dry period and the need to conserve water during raining season and dry seasons.
 
  Wings Proficiency Test Tata Electronics  
 
A model mock examination, ‘Wings Proficiency Test’ was held for the class 10th students of 10 high and higher secondary government schools within the 10km radius of Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL). A total of 1040 students of class 10 were selected for this specially designed event where they were counselled on issues such as stress management during public examinations. The volunteers conducted the tests with the help of the teachers. After the test, exam kits were distributed to all the students and toppers were given ‘certificates of appreciation’.
 
  Felicitating women Tata Motors (Pantnagar)   
 
Volunteers from TML joined the awareness session on quality health and nutrition for pregnant ladies, lactating mothers and kids by professor from GB Pant Agriculture University, Pantnagar. They acknowledged the mothers whise children have overcome malnutrition. A total of 150 women and kids benefitted.
 
  Self-defense and safety awareness for girls Tata Motors (Pantnagar)   
 
A session on self-defense was organized for 75 girls from Rudrapur City, Udham Singh Nagar. They were also educated about the initiatives taken by central and state government to uplift young girls and women.
 
  Celebrating World Water Day Tata Motors (Pantnagar)   
 
To mark World Water Day, volunteers from Tata Motors Pantnagar visited Ranikhet to hand over new infiltration well and hand pump to a community, under project Amrutdhara. They also conducted the ground-breaking ceremony for construction of new hand pumps.
 
  Awareness session on changing landscape of Automobile Industry Tata Motors (Pantnagar)   
 
A group of volunteers conducted an awareness session on the changing landscape of the automobile industry at the Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Dineshpur. They were sensitized on how education institute like ITIs should trained the students as per the future industry needs. The volunteers also shared their experience on working culture and opportunities available to work at Tata Motors
 
  Plantation Drive & Environmental awareness Tata Motors (Pantnagar)   
 
Volunteers came together to plant more than 250 lemon trees together with the community members. They also conducted an awareness session on waste management and no usage of plastic bags etc.
 
  Sharing a meal with the children Tata Play Ltd   
 
Volunteers from Tata Play provided evening snacks for 75 underprivileged children at Udaan Welfare Foundation, Thane. The volunteers spent quality time interacting with the children.
 
  Legal awareness for the youth Tata Projects   
 
 
Volunteers from TPL’s legal team conducted a session for aspirants from Tata strive on legal aspects of offer letter, contracts, bonds, moonlighting, and PoSH at workplace.
 
  Knowledge sharing with children Tata Projects   
 
TPL site team visited the Kashi Ram Nagar Primary School, Raipur and engaged with the students through different activities such as singing, drawing and writing competition. The volunteers also organized a quiz on general knowledge to educate the children about current affairs.
 
  Health check-ups for students Tata Projects   
Volunteers from TPL site team organised a health check-up camp for the students of Sant Kanwar Ram Purv Madhyamika School. The volunteers partnered with Shree Narayan Hospital for the activity. They also engaged with the students on various interesting topics and fun activities.
 
  Beautification of a park Tata Projects   
TPL site team undertook the project of making improvements to a society park for the elderly. The work done by the team included landscaping, turfing grass, plantation, painting and foundation re-development of exercise area platform.
 
  Interacting with hearing impaired children Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Ltd   
 

A group of volunteers from the ICS department interacted with the children at the Centre for Hearing Impaired Children through various fun activities. They distributed pencil boxes with stationery and snacks to the children.

 
  Cleaning drive Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Ltd   
Volunteers from Sukinda participated in a cleaning drive conducted at Saraswati Shishu Mandir School, Sukinda KPO department volunteers organised a cleaning drive at Akula Pal Village, KPO.
 
  Visit to old age home Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Ltd   
Volunteers from the DE&TP department visited the old age home at Sakchi. They distributed fruits and snacks to over 70 elderly women. Volunteers from HR/IR department volunteers visited the old age home at Baradwari. They distributed fruits, health food and utility items to 25 elderly.

  Tree plantations Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Ltd   
 

Volunteers from KPO team, organised a tree plantation activity at the labour colony, KTP. They planted 30 saplings of Alstonia and Polyulthia for ecological balance of the colony area.

  Career Counselling Session for ABHAs Tata Power- Delhi Distribution Limited   
 
A career counselling session was organized at Gulabi Bagh, New Delhi, for ABHAs who have pursued UG/PG in various streams to make them better prepared for the job market. The session included interview tips and information on various careers that they can pursue. Officials of Tata Power- DDL Team along with NGO coordinator participated in the session.
 
  Awareness Session on World Water Day Tata Power- Delhi Distribution Limited   
 
On World Water Day, an awareness session was organized by SOFIA VTC staff members at SOFIA- Vocational Training Centre, Inderlok, with the aim of addressing sustainable management of water to all the VTC beneficiaries.

A felicitation programme was organised by Tata Power – DDL team at Gulabi Bagh, New Delhi, for the meritorious students who belong to AA community from DU and other degree colleges. These students were felicitated with scholarship for performing well throughout academic year 2022-2023.

To spread the message in the community about SAMPOORAN AHAR, ABHAs conducted a walkathon in collaboration with SOFIA, Shahabad Diary VTC, New Delhi, to make the communities aware about its importance.

Volunteers from Tata Power-DDL organized Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Lions Blood Centre (LBC) under its Sanjeevani Pillar at Bawana District. The camp received an overwhelming response and more than 100 volunteers participated in this noble cause.

An awareness session was organized by PCRA at VTC Narela, Wazirpur, for students highlighting the importance of natural resources and how to preserve them for future generations.

ABHAs conducted a walkathon in collaboration with SOFIA VTC, Inderlok, to make the people aware about the importance of exercise and the role of a balanced diet.

Volunteers from Amalgamated Plantations participated in a cleanliness drive organised at a marketplace near Achabam.

A group of volunteers participated in a cleaning drive at the Nahorkutia, MV School. They also distribution of stationery items, chocolates and books to students. The welfare team along with the family members also attended the activity.
 
  Health and Wellness Camp Amalgamated Plantations   
 
A health and wellness camp was organised by the volunteers from Amalgamated Plantations at Chalsa. Medical check-ups were done of the across the village and tips for good health were shared with them.
 
  Tree Plantation Drive Amalgamated Plantations   
 
135 volunteers from Amalgamated Plantations participated in a tree plantation drive at Rowta. Large number of trees were planted and saplings were gifted as a token of appreciation.
 
  Cleaning and personal hygiene session Amalgamated Plantations   
 
The volunteers participated in a cleaning and personal hygiene session at Basundhara Jatiya Vidyalaya, Namrup, where multiple activities like school cleaning, awareness session on personal hygiene and safety measures through games, first aid training, session on cultural development for girls and other activities were conducted.
 
  Food Distribution with Roti Bank JCAPCPL   
 
Volunteers from JCAPCPL organised a food distribution drive with Roti Bank at MGM Hospital Campus, Jamshedpur. Family members of the volunteers also participated in the activity.
 
  Beat Plastic Pollution & Cleaning Drive JCAPCPL   
 
The volunteers from JCAPCPL organised a ‘Beat Plastic Pollution & Cleaning Drive’ at Dobro Dam, Jamshedpur, where people from the area were taught to ban single use plastic and not to throw plastic items in public places.
 
  Health & Hygiene Drive JCAPCPL   
 
An awareness drive was conducted by volunteers from JCAPCPL at Bagunhato School, Jamshedpur, were the children of grades 1 - 8 were taught about the importance of health and hygiene.
 
  Road Safety Awareness JCAPCPL   
 
A road safety awareness session was organised by the volunteers for the students of New Sidhgora School, Jamshedpur. Family members of the volunteers also participated in the activity.
 
  Old Age Home Visit JCAPCPL   
 
A group of volunteers visited the Nirmal Hriday Old Age Home, a home for Person with Disability at Baradwari, Jamshedpur. They spent quality time with the senior citizens and engaged with them with fun activities.
