workers of the Garden and Horticulture Dept. at Mithapur. The favourable monsoon

educate the frontline workers of Garden and Horticulture Dept. on the safety precautions
to be taken to address the snake problem at work sites at Mithapur.

Drive at temples located in three different villages namely Padalpally, Barhmanpally

Volunteers sanitized these temples daily starting from 15th September 2020 with

amount earned from filling 2 Patents and 93 Intellectual Property Rights to procure
equipment's needed at a COVID-19 facility at Sassoon General Hospital. The team
did a need assessment to identify equipment's needed at the COVID-19 facility, procured
the same and gifted 1350 ‘Storage Containers’. These ‘Storage containers’ will be
used by the hospital staff for distribution of medicines to the COVID-19 patients.

Goa organized for a virtual quiz for the F&B students of Don Bosco Vocational Training

sent out on a daily basis by the HR department. The responses were tracked and then
shared and discussed with the point of contact. This helped the students assess

A DIY mask making session was organised for the children wherein the volunteers
explained to make reusable cloth masks in easy steps. The children participated
with a lot of enthusiasm to create their own masks. Post which session was conducted

is also collecting masks which will be donated to the NGOs. There were total of
58 beneficiaries and 10 volunteers who participated in this activity conducted by

a part of this initiative. Volunteers also take them on a virtual tour of knowing
different places of the world and our country in order to increase their understanding

In collaboration with Bhumi, more than 72 TCS volunteers had nominated for the online
activity to support Right to Education Helpline. Volunteers had to connect with
30 to 50 beneficiaries every day to create awareness on the RTE . Volunteers were
involved in helping the beneficiaries to fill the forms along with other document
and submit the filled form in Government RTE portal. More than 1320 beneficiaries
and 40 volunteers were involved in this activity on weekends.

Teaching Communication Skills to School Students

Speak out initiative is 1-to-1 session for school students by volunteers through
phone to improve their communication skills. Through this program the volunteer
can connect with the student via phone and spend 30 mins a day to improve the communication
skills of a student. Each volunteer will be tagged to one student. The volunteers
will talk to the student for 30 minutes each day on alternate days for a period
of 40 days. A curriculum of with activities for 40 days is provided. The volunteer
will be given a soft copy of the curriculum and the students get a student workbook.
So far 75 volunteers from TCS have been mapped to 75 students and initiative was
started from 1st August 20. Response from the students has been encouraging and
a great opportunity for volunteers to contribute for their career development.

Precautions” for the Truck Drivers and Cleaners. They explained about Covid-19 Virus,
first case in India, how it is spreading, number of persons infected, death cases
etc. All the guidelines of government were also explained to the drivers. Also briefed
on the precaution to be taken like wearing face mask, cleaning hands with soap solution
or soap, drinking hot water, keeping personal hygiene, social distancing, taking
nutritional food, etc. We have covered a total of 15 numbers drivers and cleaners
in 3 days’ time.

Taj Falakunama Palace conducted a session on ‘Introduction to Hospitality Industry’
with the Housekeeping and Food & Beverage batch of Trivandrum and Hyderabad regions.
Around 60 students connected online. The session started with a quick introduction
to the Hospitality industry and the history of Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad.
This was followed by a virtual tour of the Palace, wherein all the students were
taken around the Palace virtually by Mr. Jai Udhani, our Learning and Development
Manager and Mr. Abdul Qayyum, our Front Office Executive. Later a session was done
for the students wherein were given an insight about how each department works and
what all opportunities they have post their training along with the impact of pandemic
on the Industry. Learners have gained new perspectives and insights of an ideal
workplace environment, new guidelines and processes to be followed in the new normal.
The COVID-19 related safety precautions and measures were discussed, including wearing
proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining social distancing. They
were also introduced to the industry ethics and norms, which will help them in their
careers as a yardstick. The session was a two way interaction which gave the students
the opportunity to ask questions and queries.

Volunteers from TRIL across different locations in India participated in Digital
Education Card Making event. Apart from the usual learning, activity-based or game-based
learning methods help students to grasp topics and concepts with ease and the retention
is also better. Over 30 Volunteers created digital educational cards on facts about
100 different countries. 24 Employees along with their family members joined hands
for this noble cause.

Volunteers from TRIL across different locations in India participated in creating
content to develop soft skills among youth. An online orientation session was organized
to brief volunteers about nuances of designing content. There were many topics where
shared by the volunteers such as grooming, body language, time management, anger
management, and more. 10 volunteers worked on teams of two to design 10 modules.

Mask Making Session

A mask has become synonymous with COVID-19. It is our first defence against the
disease and has been tagged as an essential item. The rising demand for masks has
also to shortage in some cases. Volunteers from TRIL across different location in
India participated in Mask Making Activity. Online session was organised where volunteers
learned how to stitch their own masks with cotton cloth available at home. More
than 70 employees participated with their family members and showed their creativity
in designs.

Education Games for Children

Volunteers from TRIL across different locations in India participated in creating
educational games for children. Online session was organised, where volunteers brainstormed
around art-based games. These games will help in educating underpriviledged children
to learn socio-emotional life skills. Over 15 employees designed two games that
will help build strong foundation in developing basic life skills like motivation,
creativity, integrity, teamwork, etc. in children.

Providing the correct information is of utmost importance in this time of crisis,
especially if it is related to health. Volunteers from TRIL across different locations
in India participated in creating question banks on Health & Hygiene. Online session
was organised wherein volunteers created question banks to assess the understanding
about health and hygiene of young children in a fun-filled and innovative manner.
Over 20 employees participated in this activity.

Covered the information on Need of Energy to our daily life, Types of energy, Current
consumption pattern of non-renewal natural resources, its stock and substitutes.
Energy Generation & Consumption statistics for FY-2019. Need of Efficient System,
Details about High energy efficiency motors and its efficiency classes, etc.

Volunteers from Voltas organised a training on " Positive Mental Attitude" & Iceberg
theory for students of B.Tech Mechancial 3rd year students. Session Covered the
information on how to be stress free and on theory topics such as Air Compressors,
Type of Air compressors, Right selection of Air compressors. Losses associated in
air compression, Types of Dryers, Its selection, losses associated with air drying.

TATA CONSULTING ENGINEERS LIMITED, conducted “All About Banking “online session
with under-privileged children with NGO partner “ISST’s community Centre”. Session
was conducted in two slots covering 18 beneficiaries. The activity included basic
banking information covering the importance of documents required for opening an
account, acquittance with different bank symbols etc. Quiz was also held at the
end of session as a refresher for the children.

initiative of 'Cleaning - Keeping the surroundings clean" at MIDC Lote Industrial
Belt on 5th October, 2020. The team cleaned up the roadsides of Lote Industrial
belt and collected four bags of waste.

Under TVW-14 we volunteers of Rallis India Limited Dahej Unit arranged a Birdlife
Photography competition for Gujrat government school students. through this initiative
we arrange various programs for students & our aim to this program is to give the
correct platform to students. Many students have different skills so this initiative
gives them a good opportunity to present themselves. After this activity I understand
students will take initiative like this type of interesting activity.

As part of TVW14 Rallis India Limited Dahej C44 volunteers organized a safety awareness
session for civil labures. Dahej EHS Head Mr. Arvind Mahuli conducted this session.
C44 HR Head Mr.Savan Raval & other two EHS members along with me present during
the activity. In this session Mr.Arvind Mahuli & his colleague covered safety related
some points. Also they covered COVID19 awareness points. After this program we distributed
masks to all 120 workers & their 20 supervisors.

to increase awareness among the community.Around 100 volunteers of Rallis Dahej
displayed COVID awareness posters in public places like bus stands, tea points,
Pan shop & other public places.

As part of TVW14 we volunteers of Rallis India limited organized masks, Sanitizer
stand with sanitizer distribution program nearby Ankleshwar & Dahej surrounding
schools. We have been working with Gujrat education department. We organizing so
many activities for Gujrat government school. But in this pandemic situation our
first concern was to take care of all the students and teachers. Therefore 4000
face masks were distributed to school students, teachers & education department
officials. Also we donate 15 sanitizer stands with 75 ltr sanitizer ( Per stand
5ltr) to 10 schools & five education departments offices.

Road Safety Awareness

A group of Five Volunteers from Rallis India Lote Unit conducted an awareness session
on “Road Safety and Traffic Rules by Video clips and verbal discussion for the Truck
Drivers and Cleaners. Our team has explained the importance of following Traffic
Rules & guidelines, Signals, driving during raining, driving at Ghat sections, importance
of wearing seat belt, blind overtaking etc. A total of 11 drivers were present in
the training session. At the end of the programme all the drivers expressed their
willingness to follow Traffic Rules strictly so as to reduce road accidents.
