Rallis India Dahej Unit celebrated Women's day at factory premises. Women of surrounding
villages, teachers of nearby schools and employee family members were invited. Women's day
celebration started with a home safety session. All women participated in different games
which were organized for them. Women also planted trees in the factory premises and shared
their views on gender equality. Winner of the games was also given gifts and prizes.

Rallis volunteers organized a science toy making workshop to reduce fear and develop their
interest in science subject. They made toys like a straw sprinkler, paper vestal, boomerang
and loop glider and explained the basic science behind the toys creation.

Team members at Dravyavati River Project, Jaipur site office participated in a cleanliness drive.
A total of 184 participants came together, promoting hygiene, safety and benefits of keeping the
surroundings clean. The team members were provided with project t-shirts and caps, along with safety
gloves and face masks to protect themselves from dust and bacteria.

at Sanand Vendor Park, wherein more than 100 employees participated in awareness program

Rallis Lote Unit along with Rotary Club Lote celebrated International Women's Day and organized
a "Women Empowerment" programme at Gawaliwadi, Ghanekunt village. This session was conducted by
Rallis Volunteers and Rotary Club Members. They conducted a session on home safety and talked on
how to handle an unsafe situation at home, role of woman in a happy family life etc. They organized
fun games for the participants like musical chair competition, ball & bucket game, etc. At the end
of the session, prizes were distributed to the winners.

Rallis Lote Unit volunteers along with an English literacy development teacher organized a
session at Nutan Vidyalaya Lote for their 7th Standard students. In continuation of English
Intervention classes, they covered an exercise of basic word formation, its meaning in Marathi,
a right pronunciation of words with its meaning, grammar exercise, creating Marathi words to
English, etc.

A group of five volunteers from Rallis India Lote Unit arranged an awareness session on
Contagious Diseases for the students of Z P School, Matwadi, Songaon. A total of 115
students were present in the programme. Volunteers explained the symptoms of contagious
diseases like Typhoid, Malaria, Chickenpox, Allergy & skin related issues etc.

Volunteers of Rallis India Lote Unit conducted a Safety Quiz Competition for the associates
and drivers at Lote MIDC. They prepared questions related to Industrial safety, use of personal
protective equipment, road safety & traffic rules, disaster management, First Aid to the Injured
person etc. 42 associates and drivers participated in the quiz competition. At the end of the
session, motivational prizes were distributed to the winners.

A volunteer interacted with the tennis trainees of JRD at United Club, Jamshedpur. These
trainees were kids between the age group of 7 and 14. He shared tricks and tips involving skills,
fundamentals and technique to improve the strokes necessary to improve the tennis game. He
demonstrated the techniques by practicing with the kids.

Seven volunteers visited Ashirwad Bhawan, an old age home in Jamshedpur. They interacted
with the residents along with distributing fruits, biscuits, hair oils and shampoos.

Lake cleanliness drive

A group of 10 volunteers from Tata Projects, Hyderabad took an initiative on "Lake cleaning
drive", in and around Neknampur Lake, Hyderabad. This was an initiative to work closely with
the community to save our environment. The volunteers cleaned the lake and collected all the
litter in big bags for disposal. Refreshments were distributed to volunteers.

A beach cleaning program was organized at Mithapur by TCL volunteers. More than a tonne of
trash, including plastic waste like carry bags, cups, straws, empty bottles, fishing net pieces,

and removed.

paintings, at Kev gaon, in Palghar, near Wada. The volunteers painted 10 toilets blocks.
