Safety Awareness Program at RHPL- VENUZIA site was conducted with Site Workforce & Nearby Capacity
Construction company other small construction companies as like Hi-Bond, BAR construction etc. The
session was targeted to impart awareness on safety aspects of day to day life like First aid ( CPR, Snakebite, burning etc.),
Mobile use advantages & disadvantages, Road safety etc. The right CPR procedure was demonstrated to the participants.
This was conducted by a 6 member team contributing to a total of 6 man-hours.

Football Tournament

Volunteers organized a football tournament for students of village Remedial Centres.
16 teams comprising of 176 players from the nearby villages participated in the Tournament.
The players from these remote areas showcased their talent very well. Royal Changers, Tata became
the champion and Bishnu Mandali were the runners-up of the tournament. They were awarded by Mrs.
Asha Devi- Mukhiya of Hurlung Panchayat & Mr. Bahadur Besra – Mukhiya Gorabandha Panchayat.

No - tobacco awareness drive

Tobacco Awareness Program was conducted for Workers at Wipro Shollinganallur Construction Site
at Chennai twice. The session was conducted in 10 batches so that it could reach a greater audience.
Each batch consisted of 30 site workers, in total accumulating to a total audience of 300 site workers.
Along with this session, EHS session was also provided for the benefit of the site workers.

Volunteers from Tata Consulting Engineers came together with Govt. Kabiria Urdu High School in Jamshedpur for a
Jaago Grahak Jaago campaign and awareness program on consumer rights. The Program Included mentoring students on topics
- Food safety, Conditions applied, MRP, LPG net weight and expiry date, Food quality, ISI/BIS and AGMARK, Consumer
complaints, Consumer forum, Warranty, Guarantee and duties of consumer etc.

Volunteers from Wipro Kodathi Project in association with Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, Bengaluru
conducted a Job fair for Differently Abled Students. Volunteers supported Samarthanam trust in conducting the
job fair in various activities such as registering, mentoring and leading the students to the right opportunity.
The students had different qualifications such as SSLC, Engineering, Arts etc. A total of 500 Students participated in the fair.

periphery of the hotel. Volunteers across departments picked up the brooms and get ready to set forth
an example for the public of Bangalore. The event was witnessed with high enthusiasm and participation where
cleaning team took up the nooks and corners of the neighborhood to make it plastic free.

Representatives from Ashwini Charitable Trust were invited to put up a Handcraft Sale for the associates
to participate in the fundraising event. The items for sale included Wire Baskets, Cards, Book Marks, Paper
and Cloth Bags, Jewellery, Candles, Diyas, Decoupage Bottles, etc. The volunteers poured in to make their
contributions count and aid the organization in raising funds for the welfare of the children.

Blood donation drive

Camp at the premises of the Hotel. The volunteers were sensitized about this event and awareness created about

Volunteers visited the Mercy home for HIV Positive affected Kids and grown-up adults at MERCY HOME, at othaikal mandapam Coimbatore.
The orphanage takes care of 40 inmates that include 4 years to 22 years. The kids were very happy to have fruit cake and vegetable puff.
They gave snacks - Cakes and Vegetable puffs for the evening. They started with Prayer and thanked Vivanta Team for the kind
support and love shown to them. The volunteers also entertained them by putting music. Few kids actively participated and danced to the music.

age home. They shared their good old memories of their native place, their family members,

A Sales Exhibition was organized at Taj West End, Bangalore by Urvee Charitable Trust, an organization that encourages
and gives a platform to artisans who work with recycled paper. The donations and money collected by them will go to women
and young girls who are actually involved in making such products. The exhibition was organized during the Townhall Meeting
where everyone wore heart badges and posters were made by the Tata STRIVE children based on the theme of Tata Volunteering
Week 10 "Do the Heart thing".
