Tata Chemicals

The Tata Chemicals employee volunteers programme, 'Harnessing Opportunities for People's Empowerment', has volunteers spanning the organisational hierarchy, from senior management to contract employees. Family members of the employees also find time for volunteering in various Tata Chemicals Society for Rural Development programmes. During Tata Volunteering Week, the employees brought their talent, skills and interests to improve the quality of life of the community in and around their plants and offices
