ProEngage is a skill-based volunteering program by the Tata group, which enables volunteers to leverage their skills and work on meaningful projects with non-profits.
We all know that non-profits depend upon strong partnerships to bring about change. It’s not just financial contributions they’re looking for, but also skilled expertise. ProEngage volunteers help them execute a variety of projects that require a diverse skill-set.
ProEngage was launched in December 2014 (International Volunteer Day). Since then, hundreds of volunteers have already come together to ProEngage.

If you are looking for an activity your whole family will enjoy, ProEngage is designed to be a dynamic, rewarding way to bring your family together.
All Tata employees, their family members & retired Tata colleagues can register on the Tata Engage website. Volunteers who are already engaged with non-profits in an individual capacity can also route their projects through ProEngage.
Volunteering with ProEngage lets you use your expertise and skills, on weekends, to help non-profits bring about a positive change. You can choose from 85+ projects across 35+ cities including Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Jamshedpur, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad among others.
ProEngagers get two working days off in a quarter (4 working days off for a 6-month project) as mutually agreed between you and your manager.
